At HAIASI, we take pride in delivering premium quality apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,  we're here to help.

Returns 

returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days,  depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly arrange a replacement and no additional cost.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return Shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
