At HAIASI, every orders is prepared with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After payment has been confirmed during product launches, holidays or high demand periods processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time 

• United States: 3-7 business days 

• International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free U.S shipping is available on orders over $75.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages HAIASI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll help you work with the shipping carrier.
